The East Turkestan Islamic Party's 'Fundamental System'

The Uyghur-led organisation that has called itself the Turkestan Islamic Party for the past quarter century has recently decided to revert to its old name: the East Turkestan Islamic Party (East Turkestan being the 'Xinjiang' region presently controlled by China). As part of this name reversion, the group has issued a second edition of its 'fundamental system', outlining the group's history, aims and approach. I feature this document in translation in this post.
