The song translated by me below originates as a song for Hezbollah (as the lyrics make clear), but is also unsurprisingly used in pro-Assad circles: particularly with the National Defence Force (NDF: cf. here), which was itself at least partly trained by Hezbollah. For example, see this recent video from the National Defence Force Raqqa province branch, which features an NDF convoy apparently in preparation to recapture Raqqa from ISIS.
In Raqqa province, the NDF at present is more a banner for underground pro-regime elements that have existed since the fall of Raqqa city to rebels in March 2013. It has claimed some gains recently south of Raqqa city as ISIS is heavily focused on fighting in Deir az-Zor province and cracking down on insurgent groups further north in Raqqa province like Liwa Thuwar Raqqa (ex Jabhat al-Nusra affiliate). Linked to the regime presence in Raqqa city is the NDF's operating along the Raqqa-Salamiya road to clear it of insurgents.
"On the mountains, behind the hills, and in the valleys,
You will be defeated, you will be defeated.
You have come by land, you have come by sea, you have come by air.
You will be annihilated. You will be annihilated.*
If your arms strech out, they will be cut off.
If your eyes look, they will be torn out.
And the defeated army is powerless.
If the attack reoccurs, it will not return.
We have come for you in terror. Woe is upon you.
If we take back land on which you have come alive,
You will be defeated on it as corpses.
This is the promise of God.
Nasrallah said it.
On the mountains, behind the hills, and in the valleys,
You will be defeated, you will be defeated.
You have come by land, you have come by sea, you have come by air.
You will be annihilated. You will be annihilated.
In the daughter of Jubayl,**
We have the might that has destroyed the delusions of Taghut
And has aroused a mighty wind that will rip apart the home of the spider.
This is the promise of God.
Nasrallah said it.
On the mountains, behind the hills, and in the valleys,
You will be defeated, you will be defeated.
You have come by land, you have come by sea, you have come by air.
You will be annihilated. You will be annihilated.
Oh Nasrallah, come forward.
For behind you are the sons of satisfaction.
Our blood continues to flow and boil like a volcano.
This is the promise of God.
Nasrallah said it.
On the mountains, behind the hills, and in the valleys,
You will be defeated, you will be defeated.
You have come by land, you have come by sea, you have come by air.
You will be annihilated. You will be annihilated.
This is the promise of God.
Nasrallah said it.
On the mountains."
